When cooking meat, especially a steak, it’s so important that you let your meat take a rest to ensure it’s moist and juicy. To ensure you have the perfect steak every single time, resting is just as important as grilling.
The reason being that the moment you take the steak off the heat, it’s all tensed up and will be ‘tough’ as a result.
So always let your meat sit for about 10 minutes before cutting it – it will let allow all the juices to soak back into the meat even further.
