Score your chosen chicken cuts and rub in the marinade all over. Place in a bowl, cling and leave to marinade over night in the fridge. Or place in the plastic container they came in (still cling & refrigerate overnight).
Cook on either a medium heat over a charcoal BBQ or in the over for about 45 minutes at 180º C
TIP: If cooking on BBQ try to cook slowly rather than fast and furious. Adding some wood chips to help 'smoke' the chicken is well worth the extra effort and adds to the authentic flavour.
