TIP: Try grilling some in muffin tins to make little Parmesan baskets.
- Grated Parmesan
Place some greaseproof baking paper on an tray and place a circular pastry cutter.
Finely grate the Parmesan and the place into cutter - Make sure you cover up to the edges. Do Not Pat Down! Move the cutter along and repeat the process. NB. you only need to leave around 5mm in between as they do not spread...
Place in to a pre-heated over at 175° C for 8-10 minutes
TOP TIP: Watch these as they will turn & burn like Top Gun ;o)
Place on a wire rack to cool
