This weeks little food tip is a simple one but one that can save you from a world of pain!

So here goes, the colour of chillies is NO indication of its heat or if you prefer how hot it will make the food that you’re cooking. Generally speaking, the smaller and “thinner” the chilli the hotter it will be.
