How about this as a top Super Foody Tip when cooking…
Chop leftover fresh herbs, then put them into an ice-cube tray and then pop a little water over each, then freeze. Once frozen, put the solid cubes into a freezer bag, seal, label and return to the freezer. Later you can add the frozen “herby cubes” to soups, sauces, casseroles…Update: Just seen a Jamie Oliver video and he suggested also topping up with Olive oil instead of water, okay maybe, but prefer water personally.
