A great dip for your table at parties but also a great accompaniment for your Hot Buffalo Wings
You can almost make up these quantities to suit your needs…for example try using a tablespoon of mayo, a tablespoon of sour cream, ½ a clove of garlic and ½ a tablespoon of blue cheese. This will give you a nice little pot for sharing…
Ingredients
- 150g Mayonnaise
- 300g Sour Cream
- 100g Mild Blue Cheese (Crumbled)
- 1 Clove of Garlic - Crushed
- Salt & White Pepper
Method
Step 1
Tip the sour cream from the tub in to a serving bowl. You can now use the empty tub to measure your mayonnaise! Add the crushed garlic and mix all three together - season to tatse.
Step 2
Now add the crumbled blue cheese and mix again
Step 3
Finally chill for an hour - Garnish with a leaf from the Celery or a little finely chopped chive before serving.
